CONDITION 2:
We only look for SELL signals when PRICE is below the Brown-Line and
below the white signal line or DEV1.
BUY & SELL RULES:
When a BUY signal fails, we take trade again immediately in the
same direction with our next stake as given by the money
management calculator.
When a SELL signal fails, we take trade again immediately in the DEV1
same direction with our next stake as given by the money
management calculator
