We are not a broker, financial advisor, or investment institution.

3. No Financial Advice

All products sold on the Platform are for educational and informational purposes only.
They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of performance.
Users are responsible for their own trading decisions and results.
Trading involves significant risk, including loss of capital.

4. Author Responsibilities

Authors must ensure that all products they upload:

• Are original or legally licensed

• Do not infringe on copyrights or intellectual property

• Function as described in the product listing

• Do not contain malicious, harmful, or deceptive code

Violations may result in removal from the Platform or legal action.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing a product, Buyers acknowledge that:

• All sales are generally final unless otherwise specified

• Product performance may vary depending on market conditions

• They are responsible for proper installation, setup, and usage

• They will not reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute purchased products without permission

6. Payments and Fees

MegaMind Digital Market processes payments through approved payment providers.
We reserve the right to set commissions, fees, and payout schedules.
Authors agree to our payout policies and are responsible for complying with their local tax regulations.

7. Licensing

Products purchased on the Platform are licensed—not sold—to the Buyer.
Usage rights are defined by the Author and may include:

• Limited use

• Device or account restrictions

• Non-transferable licensing

Unauthorized distribution or sharing is strictly prohibited.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are generally not offered unless:

• The product is defective

• The product does not match the description

Refund decisions are at the discretion of MegaMind Digital Market.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including code, products, branding, logos, descriptions, and materials—is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, sell, distribute, or exploit any materials without authorization.

10. Prohibited Activities
